Well I like it a lot but it depends what you want to shoot. I like the advanced auto focus and focus stacking. For landscape I don't think you get anything |

Hi Richard, that looks like a really interesting place to visit. I love it when you can watch the skilled artisans at work. I thought the expanse of roof wasn't adding much to the story so tried cropping it down, then darkening the remaining windows. Just a suggestion. |

I love it too!!! And the story because we often have no idea what effort it takes to get an image. I feel the rh bird is the dominant in the image because its sharper then the lh one so I used the AI Generative Fill in Photoshop to extend the canvas to give it more space. Then I went a bit crazy and used it again to remove the branches intruding into the frame. I did notice you had cloned the rh branch to fix the lh branch so it might look that this is a composite of the same bird so I did some more cloning on the lh branch to make it look different. |

Thanks Oliver...happy to have picky comments for improvement because I would like to enter it into comps and I am amongst the world's worst at spotting issues! |

Hi, the Fall colors ARE amazing and it was a great idea to turn a fairly ugly canoe into something complementary. The image is very heart warming. We are off to Japan in a couple of days and hoping for fall colors there too. |

Hi Jim
Love the image and the processing. Not much to say other than I think I would let the trees frame the bottom of the image ie would crop off the road. It attracts my eye and I don't t hink you need it |

Hi David, I am always happy if I get one shot from a shoot so well done. I like the intensity of sports action shots and you do have it here. In critique mode I found my eye went directly to the "Galasport" logo so I tried to wind it back with some blur and desaturation. And I tried a tighter crop because I liked the way the paddle then made a diagonal through the frame |

HI Barbara this is uber cute so we have to fall in love with it. The softness in the original is a bit distracting so I think the sharpening is an improvement although I would reduce the effect on the back of the RHS boy because of the artefacts there. Looks like you used something to extend the frame on the LHS and I would suggest a bit more of it...at any rate for me it's the kind of image that can have a central subject. |
