Hi Lance, may not quite understand the question. The original sky is in the color image |

Hi Jim. I tried this and definitely better. The original crop made the mountain look a l ittle dumpty but by taking out the LHS the crop emphasises the height better |

Thanks Barbara. I replied to Oliver and David on the aspect of the story. |

Many thanks David and Oliver. I think the color version is quite legitimate but is telling a different story to what I had in mind. For me the story is about mystery and inaccessibility. I can imagine climbing to the top being a rite of passage pre-civilization days and facing some terrors on the way up and down. The swirling mist adds to the drama and hides what might be in store as you ascend. |

Thanks Richard, I am a bit torn about this. I did try out various options including more punchy ones but I came down in favour of a more mystic look |

Yes that's about it here. Salon rules are a bit inconsistent but as Content Aware was permitted contrary to the over riding idea that all parts of the image should have been generated by the photog, then Gen Fill is accepted if there are no text driven instructions (not the case here). No idea about PSA. Personally I avoid it for the Salons I enter. |

Hi Richard, I love it that you have not tried to stop the bee's wings but its body is sharp. The motion blur in the wings is spot on! I don't think you needed sharpening on the whole image...just the bee and nearby. That would avoid the fringing/brightening around the white stigma that Sophie mentioned. BTW I think this must be two images as the bee has moved position in the processed vs the original. |

Wow I really like this Sophia. I think you have added drama to the sky and I like it. I thought maybe I was seeing some white fringing around the trees but its hard to tell as the image is quite low res. Maybe its the kind of thing you get when you select the sky and do some work on it and Lightroom doesn't select the little bits of sky amongst the trees. Just a theory. |

Wow Oliver this is so cool. The processing has brought out the wild flowers and the whole scene looks magic. Hope you are ok after the fall and the camera is fit for repair too. Maybe the mist could have been left in the background trees to bring even more attention to the foreground? |

Great shot Jim. I love retro cars but so often they are displayed in an exhibition and there is no interest in the environment. You have a great background here and it really looks like a couple having coffee drove it down. |

HI David, I love the concept and its great in the original. I think eyes are really hard to do so I thought I would see what the AI in Photoshop could do. It took quite a few tries. This is the best that I could do with the tool. Of course I know that its unlikely you are permitted to use AI in Salons, Not here anyway but this was more for fun. I didn't do any further work on the face. Just the Generative Fill |

Beautiful composition Barbara but for me the sharpening is over the top. It has created strange artefacts in the background and a white halo around the orchid petals. I think if you could mask out the effect on the background and the petal edges you would avoid this. |
