I'm not sure about the fireworks, I don't think the scale and 'look' of them are quite right. Maybe if they were larger, higher and more towards the center? The children's head positions don't indicate they are looking that way. At first I thought they were some sort of scratches. I do like the color tone very much, it is very pretty to me. The scene without the fireworks would work well to my thinking because the focus becomes the children, particularly the little girls. |

When I first saw this, I though it was a weaving or some sort of tapestry so well done on your clean-up. Kudos for your creative twist as I wouldn't have thought about photographing the carpet. |

I like Allen's background, too. But this tiny fellow was way up in a tree, framed by a typical Florida sky. If I added clouds I think a good birder would recognize them in a heartbeat because this is a very small bird and the scale would be wonky. |

Excellent shot and I would love to know how you got it to sit still?

It certainly would require travel for most to get there so I don't understand why it isn't accepted and I think your title is appropriate although you could just call it the Big Green because green does dominate it. Personally, I think if you cropped it, it would not be as interesting because the people give scale but removing the MGM lettering (keep the symbol) may make look not so much like an ad. Solid photo!! |

I like the clone version but there is a bit of 'wire' (maybe?) on viewer's right of the sculpture that I would clean up. Wonder if a bit more contrast to play up that shadow would work. Looks like a great place and that sculpture is cool with the shadow! I like the Jousha trees in the background. While I have never been to that area, the starkness of the landscape gives a surreal feel. Reminds of a Dali scene..... |

Well done!! I like both the original and B&W version, When you removed the house for the B&W version you have a bit of smudge. Might try cloning a few smaller trees to better cove other than that no issue!! |

I like it!! Your beach is more interesting than those I'm close to and I really like the big splash and the interesting foreground. I think you could brighten the water an sky a tiny bit to breathe a little more life into this. My eye sort gets stuck between the bright foreground plant and the splash but looking at the original, there are some beautiful details in the water gently breaking on the rocks. |

LOL!! They are citrus, smaller than most oranges but a bit bigger than a tangerine. I grow lemons, kumquats and honeybells. |

Thanks!! I start running out of steam during the challenges so I felt like I was really digging to find a subject. It was fun to tinker with CLiR to see some of its impact as well. |
