I love the mood of this! I might brighten the wings a bit to really pull the eye to them. Another thing to consider would be crop the top down a bit and remove a little from the viewer's right. Interesting place! |

Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, too. it has a bird, what's not to love! You have made the Santa hat fit perfectly, just trying to decide if the bird is a bunting, grosbeak or catbird?? Whatever it is, it is cute! |

Nicely done with the goose though to my eye, it might be a bit undersized! I love the autumnal colors. You have really made those colors pop. I miss the fall season but can't handle cold so I appreciate your photo! |

I like both the original processed versionand cropped version. The crop has a little more of an intimate feel but both are lovely. I really like the coloration that you got. It makes me feel like I'm going to step into a magical place. Hope yo have great Christmas, too! |

How cute!!! Those mushrooms are just delightful. There is grain a/o noise in that sky though, since it is a soft sky perhaps a bit of a blur would help. I have found sometimes noise gets extra crunchy in IR and there isn't a whole lot that really works..... |

When I first looked at this, I immediately gravitated to the cross headstone. The church is nice and is interesting as a backdrop but the headstone is where I settle. I did zoom in and can see the metal(?) roof edge goes up a bit but it looks like the wall was built up to fill in the gap so the tilt may be due to construction. As far as thinking this was in Norfolk, VA, nope, lol!!! I have been to VA early settlements, they were built out of sticks and everything leaned, lol!! |

Having lived in VA, I can honestly say there are none, lol!! My English relatives didn't arrive in VA until 1640 and they were some of the earliest "settlers". My Native American side didn't build churches so there you go!!!

Lovely photo!!! There are some beautiful details in the foreground and background areas. I suspect the softness of the grasses and a little in the bushes/trees behind them my be not enough differences in reality but do think that Terry's idea of structure would help. I like the softness in the reflections as I imagine the softest of breezes brushing the water. Beautiful! |
