Such is the state of a fledgling and after observing this fellow, I'm sad to say his survival is not likely. He has Avian Pox that is usually spread by well meaning humans who put up bird feeders and don't clean them properly. It is highly contagious and lethal. |

With the covid 19 making the rounds, my birding has taken a big hit. I do miss seeing all the action but I have had bunnies and deer occupying my yard for wildlife ops. Been photographing flowers. I raised two monarchs and now the birdbath is filled with tadpoles. That is the sum of 2020 for me. Stay safe!

Love your choice of background. It makes the daylily the star. I think I would open up the shadows on the flower and try to pull more of the center glow out of the flower. Nice job! |

I saw it immediately and smiled! You have made the face the center of attention. With the B&W, I might try to sharpen the central figure even more to bring out more of the texture. There are some really nice lines and texture that could pop. |

I like that chair that doesn't quite 'fit' the rest of the scene but that is okay because it supplies a bit of contrast, literally and figuratively! The orange pumpkin provides a nice pop and wonder if you could pop out more of the reds. It might be fun to get the skull a little bit brighter so it sort of radiates light. Don't think I would have gone in to it but definitely something that is photo worthy! |

Lovely! The delicateness of the water is beautiful. The only thing I might offer is the viewer's top left corner and down the side are so dark. Wonder if opening them up at bit might balance the photo a bit. There is also a small section of white that I can't decide if it is water or light. I tend to land on it rather than enjoying the beautiful flow of this photo. |

Well, it is nice. Not a fan of the sun reflection but if you are there at certain times I guess you're stuck with it. Is that lone figure in the reflection you? |

This is a lovely image. I have been taking lots of flowers photos during the pandemic and belong to several groups who do flower photography and this would do well in any one of them. If you would like a little more pop, try an Orton effect to give it a soft glow. Really lovely! |

Look forward to seeing what you will create. I wasn't going to process this photo initially but started playing around with it and thought it was different.

See it now! This is one that I wished I had taken notes on when producing. I need to spend time refining my IR workflow but haven't photographed much since March. Need to amble around to see where I can go safely. |

When I look at this, I see a vintage post card. The only thing missing would be "Wish You Were Here!" written in large across it. I am a bit distracted by the parking lot, perhaps a crop to remove them? Looks like a nice place to visit! |

Well, I think you achieved your surrealism! I love the pink and dark, deep inky blue of the water. For me the blue area of the sky is a bit overwhelming. I do love artistic version, though. Both are well done! |

Wow! The dunes with the ripples, shadows and little plant are just so other worldly! Agree with Helen about the sky appearing grainy. I heard on a webinar the other day that you can apply noise removal to a channel. Have been wondering if this might help in IR as I some times get really noisy skies, too. I might suggest to crop down a bit from the top. The sky is really nice but I think I would want to keep the focus on the dune! Wonderful photo! |

The barn does have great character and I really like the itty bitty building (mail box?) on the fence. It is a shame they have to put up such an ugly gate. I think I might to remove the gates with PS. Overall, a solid image!! |

I love how you processed this! I just start growing dahlias here and hope I can photograph one before they faint away. I have photograph the first in color but now inspired to do IR versions. Wonderful, don't change a thing! |
