This is a extremely textural photo...almost smudgy or gritty which has a very interesting and very artistic feel to it. I feel the energy of the storm and sand and waves and even salt (I don't know if there really was any). It communicates a lot. |

I really like the sharpness and clarity of the image. The quality of the reflection is nice too. I like the black and white but do prefer the color version. The tonal variations are pleasing to me. |

I really like that your photograph is so engaging and dynamic and fun. I do really like the black and white but I also like the color. I want to see some images colorized in the black and white so they stand out more in the black and white...for instance the basket ball and the firefighters. It is a little harder for me to identify the basketball and the firefighters behind the fencing without the color. The photo is fun and this would be in accord with it's tone. I hope you don't mind the suggestion. Great photo both ways. |

I love the sentiment behind your photograph and really like how much subtlety of detail you captured in each and every tool. I also prefer your black and white interpretation but also agree that a color version with more muted tones would be just as beautiful. There is so much to see here. You could concentrate on any one area or even category of tool and create more unique and interesting photos. |
