This is a place that I've been wanting to visit and now more than ever. The scene is majestic and you captured the beauty, grandeur and emptiness very nicely. It looks like a very bright, strong, sunny day but you manage to show wonderful shading and detail. |

As always Prasad, your info and description of the image brings wonderful information. It is a great learning experience to read about other cultures. I don't think I see any women in the image. Is this ritual for men only?
You put a lot of effort into getting this shot and I think it paid off well for you. I'm sure it was a very busy scene and your image shows that perfectly. Even the man with the Dholkis in the foreground imparts a sense of action. And yet, there is great detail. |

Nice image, really like the capture of the spray. I think the crop horizontally is perfect but top to bottom I wonder if a bit more space at the bottom might give a different feel by giving space. The reflection looks like its crowding the bottom a little.
Really nice focus on the "pumper" and the softness in the trees is perfect. |

What a captivating image, just grabs your attention and doesn't let go. Her eyes are so expressive and you can tell this little girl has probably experienced way too much hardship in her young life.
I'd like to know what the yellow circles mean. Is it a form of decoration or part of her (or her mother's) belief system? |

Hi Kathleen, I had so little time that I just pointed, focused and shot the pic. I felt that if I wasted time fiddling with the settings, he'd be gone. |
