This is a great action shot and you've captured the movement and the moment perfectly. I really like the vantage point f being down low to the ground. Interesting that both runner's two feet are off the ground. They are doing their best and it can be seen in their facial expressions.

You broke the rule of leaving negative space on the side of the direction of movement for the runner to "run into" and I think how you have composed it is perfect (rule are made for being broken). I have the distinct impression that if I blink the lead runner will be past me. Great sense of action.		 Jul 2nd

Your image is a very powerful one and immediately grabs my attention. The composition is excellent and love the diagonal orientation and how the legs leads my eyes up to the head.

Your one picture is well worth more than a 1,000 words.

In my VF I addressed your question re the white bottle cap. I took your image into PS and then selected just the bottle cap and then applied a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer and tinted the cap a different colour (of course you can pick any colour and saturstion that works for you).
