You really nailed the sense of motion in this image. I feel like I'm falling into it. I've also tried this but never got results I liked. Beautifully done. My own opinion is that these shots need a focal point - one small area that is easy to discern and is nicely in focus so that the blurred areas seem to be converging on that point. I don't see this in your image, but I may be missing it. |

Love the soft light reflection on the cobblestones. I noticed that there doesn't appear to be any customers in the cafe, nor are there any people walking around. I've been to Rome once and will always remember the crowds of people, so I find it amazing the street was so empty. You made the cafe look very inviting. |

Not sure what I can add here. It is a stunning image and I really like how the motion blurs forces my eyes inwards towards the pyramid. The blurred crowd seems to be grouped according to the colour of their apparel which is very pleasing to look at (rather than if the clothing colours had been randomly distributed throughout the crowd. There is a feeling of tension in this image and it is very well done. |

Wonderful image. I love how the female, as Laurie said, appears to be standing guard while the male eats. I agree that they could be a touch sharper but that is such a minor point in a great image. The water with the green reflections make for a lovely backdrop. |

Interesting image. I like the old window shutters (they almost look to be made of metal that has rusted) and the boarded up opening behind the shutters. The green ivy adds interest. I find the white plaster to be a bit distracting and my eyes have to work to look around the rest of the image. Maybe it could be darkened just a bit? |

Lovely image. The colours are nice and warm and beautifully saturated. The horse being outside the fenced areas contrasts nicely with the empty fenced areas. I wonder how the image would look with a bit of green pasture in the foreground before the 1st fence line. |
