I agree that the brightness of the water might be a little distracting to my eyes, but not overly so. I found myself following the water right up to the bridge and enjoying it. This seems to be one of those images what the more you look at, the more you discover in it. If I was to make any changes, I'd be trying to crop out the rocks bottom right but I'm not sure if that would disrupt the leading line of of the stream to the bridge. I think you could crop from the bottom left up towards the right top to get rid of the rocks and that would also make your bridge more prominent. |

Very beautiful and dramatic image. I keep on looking for the cowboys and their cattle! I think the processing you did really works. I would be very pleased if this was my image. |

This is a beautiful image. Love everything about it. Great composition and technical and the space you added is not discernible and is just the right amount. There looks to be just a tad of softness in the foreground wing tips, but I think I am nitpicking with that comment. Very nice!
Regarding your comment about your FB group slamming you, just remember that they slammed Monet for his technique at first. I believe that art is what satisfies our soul so we need to be true to ourselves. |

I the term "abstract" covers a very broad area and I think your image definitely falls into the category. I like the continuity of the lines direction - from bottom left to top right. It works well. The main colours of blue and yellow are pleasing to look at. I get a sense of movement in this image. Well done! |
