FYI This is not a dandelion. I returned to the site and found: The plant is about 18 inches tall and the seed-head is about 10 inches in diameter. Spikes are stiff and prickly. ?? |

Jack. Very nice: composition, contrast, and color. Pano is perfect. The dramatic sky really brings the shot together (could be darkened a bit to highlight contrast) and the tiny farm buildings and clouds on the horizon give a nice sense of depth. Long shadows of Golden Hour. My comments are nits that you might consider if you wish to display this image: increase sharpness (sharpen / dynamic contrast), tease out the rich/ warm greens and yellows (hue / saturation / vibrance) (hallmark colors of the Palouse); last, crop / clone out the green in the lower right corner. I live in Washington. The Palouse is a great place for photography and the colors are amazing. Hope you were able to get shots with the "big" camera. |

Totally agree with your comment about the scene "begging" to be shot in B&W. A rich profusion of textures, lines, patterns, and tonal contrasts. The only comment I have is to consider backing off the white / highlights a little. Very Nice. |

Very impressionistic, which I love. The composition feels warm, cheerful, and calm; the perspective of the painter, painting, and subject; textures (crisp, geometric curves of the hat / soft, fluffy s of the hair); lines & patterns, stark straight lines / patterns of the easel & canvas contrast to the soft organic lines / patterns of the plants, sunflower blooms, and trees; soft greens and yellow. And the painter wore a nice red shirt for contrast! Would not suggest any changes - even if you had planned it. Topaz has a lot of painterly effects if you are interested in those things. I expect other software does too. I especially liked the Renoir II of this image. |

Great capture of a difficult subject. DOF is very difficult on flowers with the short focal distance. Very nice DOF and vignette background work to isolate the flower. And very Impressed that you captured a nice exposure of the bee. RE posting photos: I use PS 22.4.3 with the following "File; Export; Save for Web". You may find it in a similar menu tree OR google "PS CS-3 Save to Web". Hope that helps. |

Very creative and impressed that you could envision the results. I have no idea what all the processing means. However, the results are beautiful. Love the interplay of the greens a pinks along with the rich textures. I always view the post before I look at the original and read the description. In trying to deconstruct the image, I was drawn to the (water?) drops. The image started to "feel" sticky at that point. (the Jelly Smear ) The reflections in the blown-up drops are very interesting and helped orient me to the changes in the image. Well done |

Thank you. I did have fun playing around with this. I used PS to mirror. I expect most software will do it now.
