Hi Trey,
Yes the sky was too dark and didn't fit well with the photo.
Using Luminar AI sky's. I went through the choices and they all turned darker when put into the photo. Luminar AI is a really good program, but it has kinks that need to be worked out. I'm waiting for their new version to come out in December which will hopefully be better. At this point I'm going to move on to November's photo. |

Hi Sanat,
This is a very strong and impacting photograph showing the dynamics of water. Your overall composition I like showing the people and surrounding area. I might consider trying to remove the distracting telephone lines and poles and buildings in the top area. Along with possibly adding a sky and slight enhancement of the water on the falls to enhance its effect on the photo overall. |

Hi Rich,
You were in a great place for pictures. I was just in Monterey, Carmel, and San Lobos. Big Sur area was too crowed. I like your leading path through the flowers to the coast and surf perspective. The bird also gives it some added flavor. I like the strong color and saturation, but most people might say it's a little bit strong. A really pleasant photo to look at from any angle. |

Trey,
A very pleasant and beautiful array of autumn trees. Overall an excellent composition and enhancement. I did find that the God-light was somewhat of a distraction, but that is just my feeling. Thank you for letting me review this excellent photo.

Hi Quang,
Very bright and colorful image. Composition is pretty good in all aspects, I would agree with the comments by Rich and Charles. I might take out those two small green bushes in the bottom and top and replace or enhance the sky. My attention is initially drawn to the lady, which might change if she was facing the falls. Wonderful photo. |

Charles,
Very dynamic aspect and view. I love these type of compositions. Everything looks great to me. However, you might decrease the amount of sky to give it a more panoramic impact if you wanted. Sorry for the lat evaluation as I have been on vacation in California and New Mexicso. |

Hi Quang,
Hope you are doing well. Yes, as mentioned above I tend to oversaturate and enhance.
Thank you for your kind words in the evaluation of the image. It is a great place to visit where nature completely engrosses you and you realize the beauty of nature. |

Charles,
Thank you for your review and evaluation. I do tend to over saturate and enhance my photos. I think it's just in my blood. I have been on vacation for the last several weeks in California and New Mexico. It's really great to get away again to beautiful places. |

Rich,
I edited the original again and redid the sky and some other adjustments. Just wonder if this comes out any better on your screen. |

Rich,
Thank you very much for your observation and comments. I have viewed the edited image on three different computers and don't experience any clouding as you have described. I'm going to wait and see what the other members of the group experience in that regard. As to the details in the mountains I have come to think it may be due to editing the small details in the Luminar AI program. I'm also going to redo the sky to see how that effects the photo. |

Fellow Group Members,
I must tell you all at this time that having edited and spent a bit of time on this photo and posting it to the PSA that I am not happy with the editing I did on the mountains.
I think that the mountains may be too sharp if that is possible. I welcome any recommendations you have in this respect or any other for that matter. What can I do to make the mountains look better. |
