I'm amazed that you don't seem to have egg slicers like this in the States. I thought they were universal. I was after the abstraction when I took it because I was trying to show ordinary everyday objects differently. |

Yes I could have done an egg being sliced but I needed the shot in a hurry and didn't have time to hardboil the egg. Perhaps I'll have another go if I remember. We actually had an egg today on our salad and I never thought to take a photo. |

Yes I should have cloned the bright spot. It's interesting that when viewed the circle can appear either to be raised ot to sink inwards - an optical illusion. |

Thanks Wes! I agree but when told to produce some macro shots and having to do them in a hurry because I left it to the last minute, then this was the best I could come up with on a dark and rainy night! I was also thinking of Steve's various tools photos. |
