I am sorry that the cruise did not live upto your expectations. But you made lemonade out of lemons served to you. And you even got a rainbow in your image to boot...!!! The image is excellent, very sharp with the catchlight in the white tern's eye clearly visible. Perhaps you can select the subject and add a wee bit of brightness? I would definitely participate with this image in the nature section of salons. Good luck. |

Hello Gaetan. Thanks for sharing this image. A couple of things come to mind. Maybe going a bit lower and a bit to the left of the boat would have added an interesting perspective. Was wondering if this image would look better in monochrome with addition of some contrast to the stone pavement and rocks on which the boat is resting? But well spotted indeed. |

Hey Judith,
Nice image and comments from Butch, Gaetan and Tom are all valid. Macro images lend themselves better in a diagonal format. So I would try and rotate the image in either direction and as Tom suggested may be retain 1 stem whilst cropping or removing the other two. I would also add a wee bit of saturation as the colours on the chaser are brilliant. Well done Judith. |

Thank you Butch. Unfortunately could not photograph the actual hunt as it was covered by a bush and the entire process took less than 10 seconds. I keep my fingers crossed that next time I will have the opportunity to get the whole scene. |

Very nice image Tom. Whilst I get what Butch states, I would view it differently as the headstones acting as leading lines and adding to an interesting element to the image and even enhancing it. Without the headstones, it would only be a church. With them included the story is complete. I would not change a thing. Well done. |
