Hi Judith, yes that is what concerned me when I took the picture, but if I had included them fully, the top of the structure would have been compromised. Not sure if I would have been able to accommodate them fully if I had used my wide angle lens. I opted to emphasise the building and including part of the humans rather than the other way around. Thank you. |

Great starlight and the sun reflected in the water. Would I change anything? Perhaps clone out the utility pole on the right, spoils the symmetry and if possible add some clouds to the rather bland sky. I tried....nothing spectacular...just added a wee bit of colour. |

Hello Paul, Love the smile and the genuine expression on Max's face. He is a natural. He is a happy sort of chap and does not look a day over 70. Since you were going for the Rembrandt look, I tried something. Hope you like it. Tried brightening up the lit part of the face for more contrast. |

Super play of light, very interesting placement of the windfalls and super textures...the apples/fruits on the bottom right below the basket..are they really so small or you have taken another image reduced the size and then placed it here? Great work with darkening the background so the fruits are emphasised by the light and the attention stays on them. Excellent. |

Wow brilliant creativity. For a moment I was wondering what was going on and what kind of a dog was this till I read your description...!! You should do more of this...you are obviously good at it. I am happy with the image just the way it is... maintains the mystery and the impact. Great work. |

Hello Rich, Did you have the latitude to go down a bit without provoking the wolf or endangering yourself? I suspect if you had gone lower you would have had a completely different image. I see that the front of the animal just below the left eye is a bit soft and the hair appear to be too sharp. Not sure what has caused that? |

Lovely image Tom. I think the lady is at the right distance and at the right place in the image. She does add to the image as otherwise landscape images tend to be overlooked. The eye just glosses over the natural elements unless stopped by something and the lady in red does just that. |
