Thank you Paul. Yes, I do love the "beast' as I call my Z9. It works really well and is so versatile. |

Hey Tom by far the image with the clone tool is the best. If you had not mentioned what you had done with the image it would be very difficult to find out there were 3 signs in the original image.Love the overall feel of the image with the colour of the structure contrasting with the greens and the blues and the arching of the tree over the structure of the bridge. Well done. I am not sure if I notice a very minor tilt on the structure? |

Good action image Gaetan. But I am not sure if the elements are not overshadowing the surfer. I don't how that could have been avoided given the distance you are at and the height of the kite. The red in the kite and the tan of the person gives a good contrast to the blues and greens. Similarly the surf in white is also a good contrast to the blue/green/aqua colour of the water. |

Nice colours Paul. The focus of light on the flowers with the darker background lets you focus on the flowers with no other distraction. I am not sure but the pink bunch on the extreme let appears to be a bit out of focus as it is the farthest from the camera and your aperture is wide open. Was that the intent? If yes, you achieved your objective. |

Hey Barbara this is an unusual and deeply personal post. Thank you for sharing it with us. You did well with getting rid of the background and have nothing distract us from the main subject, your husband. You have a very sharp image and succeeded very well in capturing his hands and face. I was wondering if the image would improve in monochrome. I gave it a shot but my monochrome skills are limited at best. |

Very nicely captured Paul. The colours are so different and yet blend in so well with each other. Play of light and shadows on the cliff is particularly interesting. And the leading lines of the wooden fence to the structure and then on to the cliffs and the bend in the road. You chose the right spot to picture. I am not sure if the aspect ratio could be better? Is it a 16:9 and if not would it have included a bit of the scene on the right of the image? But perhaps I nit picking. |
