Hi Paul, good job of converting the image from a portrait to a landscape format. Sharpness is still reasonably well maintained. I like the graffiti in the centre of the image and the brightness on it compared to the darker parts of the foliage. I had one thought though. What if you had maintained the portrait angle and framed the natural arch of the trees over the graffiti? Would it present a nice natural frame? |

Very nice people image Helen. You have captured the light just right and the catch light in the childrens'eyes have come out well. You are not looking down on the children and the angle that you have shot the image is perfect. The wooden structure and bars are an apt frame for the main elements. Well done. I am a bit confused though. You have added the original image, but the children and their dresses in the image that you have posted are completely different from the original image? Am I missing something? |

Good job combining the images Tony. The waves have been nicely frozen and yet have a fluidity of motion. The human elements nicely complement the nature bits of the image. Love the flowers in the grass and how they add colour to the image. Only thing I would consider doing? Perhaps burn the white foam in the extreme left of the image as they are the brightest part in the picture and takes away attention from the main waves. |

Very nice Rick. Good direction of movement, aspect ratio and the juxtaposition of the cranes within the corn field. Very nice. Was wondering if the image could be brightened up a bit and to crop the image a bit at the top to the horizontal line running? That would perhaps address the illusion that there is an HT? |

Keen eye Tom. I like the way you have brought to focus the main elements and blurred the background just right. The composition is also right with the eye moving seamlessly along the cogs. Would I change anything? Perhaps only the piece of metal jutting out on the top left corner near the cog wheel. Overall a very nice image. |
