Excellent image Barbara. Love the crispness. Three suggestions if I may? I would trim the perch from the bottom a bit. It takes up some good part of the image. And if you plan to enter in an open category, I would lose the branches directly above the adult owl. Just too distracting. Increasing the saturation a wee bit will add punch to the image. One day I hope to take such images. |

Good image Grace. Like the fact that none of the subjects are aware that you are taking a picture. Great natural poses. I like the colour images more. Most of what I wanted to state is covered by the others. My first reaction to the main image was that it is a bit too busy with many subjects competing for attention. I would have blurred the background a bit to bring attention to the three main subjects. But love the overall ambiance of the image. |
