Yes it is 16 MP and crop sensor. When I bought the camera I was not aware of its limitations. I have learned much since then.
I was standing on a short lookout "tower"; maybe one storey high.
It probably was late afternoon but certainly not golden hour.

I do not remember all that I said other than I really liked the photo. I love the lines on the boats and the mountain in the background that leads the view into and through the image.
I only mentioned the right to left thing because my local photo club buddies and mentors always stress that here in the west we read from left to right and photos that follow that rule are inherintly more peasing to us. It is the opposite in countries that read right to left.
Actually in this photo I really do not have a problem with the flow from right to left. And if you had flipped it would not all the writing on the boats be backward, so flipping might not really be an option here. |

I love the rolling hills that draw the viewer throug and them land them back in the center where the subject lies.
The muted, almost monochromatic, color is serene and pleasant. Well done. |

To me it seems that the viewer would not know that this photo was infrared without being told and so the exposure looks strange to me--light where it should normally be darker and vice versa. The subject is unclear to me. I would like to see this in landscape orientation and in before the conversion to infrared. |

Lovely photo. I, too, like the way the lake leads the viewer into the scene. The shoreline jutting out into the lake adds interest. I am not fond of "silky" water obtained with long exposure, but I am not certain that long exposures are possible with a drone. So I must assume that the lake was actually that still and smooth. Interesting. Very serene, peaceful. |

This photo has incredible impact. Great shot. Such dedication to get up in the middle of the night and have the perseverance to set up your equipment and the patience to wait till the lightning. I am impressed. I would not change a thing. |
