Hello or good evening, the time difference does not help. I took this picture in a market in Issigeac, Dordogne. I like to go to the market on Sunday mornings when the weather is good and as long as it's not the summer season. I settled down for a coffee not too far from where he was playing. Despite my discretion, he spotted me and smiled. I was able to go and talk to him afterwards. He is from the East and likes to share the music of his country. People who passed by liked it very much, as I did. The slightly tilted head is related to the fact that between us there was a strawberry vendor installed. In short I was not discreet enough, but this amused look gives a good connivance between the subject and the photographer.
I'm going to disappoint some of you, but I'm not a specialist in street photography. Good day or good night. Photographically yours.

This is a very stable image with the horizon almost in the middle. There is a lot of detail and the clumps of flowers punctuate the scene, guiding the eye to the two blue spots of water and then to the mountains.
Indeed, displayed on a wall, one would not get tired of it. The processing is well done and brings out all the details.
With an Iphone, it is rather well managed.

The treatment seems interesting to me.
I like the effect of the mist and the way it brings out the leaves still present.
The cropping seems to bring the eye back to the trees and the mist. I have seen a lot of fog in my region in France, but I must admit that I have never managed such an image. Bravo |

The image is very pleasant to look at. The composition allows to follow all the roughness of the sand. I like very much the warm tones which make think of a crushing heat as it is the case in the valley of death. Shadow and light take all their meaning here. There is enough depth in the framing to look at everything while walking from one corner to another of the image. The next time I come to the United States, I intend to go to this region. Thank you for this image

Well, another strong image. I need to get started but I've never done one. I'm going to go look at a tutorial on the internet.
Bravo, the composition is ideal, the colors well highlighted.
The processing is perfect.
I would have insisted on the right handle which hardly appears and I would have made a test without paper under the bread. But it's just curiosity, the image is beautiful like this.

I tried to do some this winter in France, but I didn't succeed, too long pose, too frozen, .... I didn't have that strip in the background that brings mystery to your picture.
The rendering is very nice. The sky would have brought nothing at all.
I will go back to the sea to try to make some. I freeze things too much. Bravo |

Superb, it looks like a dancer in full performance.
The direction of reading seems to me very good, because we follow the stem and that brings the glance on this wonder of the nature.
I like the black and white treatment. I wonder if Nik Collection couldn't have given a little sparkle to the color photo?
But you wanted it that way and I love it. Thank you and happy new year to you. |
