Hello,
The effect is successful for me. The background goes well with the flower. I like the fluffy, silky feel of it.
The wind is not always on our side, but the person looking at the picture doesn't know it if he hasn't read the text.
Here, without reading anything, I think of the softness of the oakum my grandmother used to spread rice powder on her face. It's a big hug of sweetness.
I'm sorry for the childhood memories but I didn't know how to describe it. Have a nice day.

Hello,
I don't know light painting at all.
I also use nik collection to transform my images in black and white. It works very well. For someone who is a colourist like me it is a discovery to appreciate black and white.
Apart from any technical considerations, when I look at the result I appreciate the image because the black and white gives it a dramatic effect and at the same time a form of timeless beauty.
Perhaps with a little more light on the petals we would have obtained something else but the author wanted it that way, I respect t |

Hello,
What makes me laugh is that the software has translated the French name by another name. In short, it's the vagaries of translators.
Indeed, the fact that the water looks like a real mirror helped.
Someone once told me that the human eye is first attracted to humans if there are any in the picture, then to animals and then to flora. My eye is immediately attracted to the water lily. With the framing it is at a strong point of the picture. I also think it's good to have framed the picture with blades of grass to close and bring the eye back to the scene. Bravo

Hello,
I really like the softness of this picture. The focal length and depth of field seem ideal in this picture. A particular emotion comes out of this image like a furtive moment captured by the photographer's eye. The ephemeral nature of these blooms adds to the subtlety of the image. |
