76 May 21 Comment I have been looking at this image for two days and it amazes me. I don't know this area, but I've seen a lot of pictures of it. We know it especially for its specific ochre and red color. It is the first time that I see it in black and white.
If I didn't know it was antelope canyon, I would have said it was water from a waterfall in slow speed. The rendering is of the most beautiful effect. The framing also changes from what we usually see. But I have a question: why specify that it is antelope Canyon? Perhaps we could have been satisfied with a more evasive title. In any case, you knew how to look at this place differently with a dynamic and pleasant personal framing. Bravo

76 May 21 Comment The asparagus harvest is very appetizing. I like the dynamic vertical framing and the triangle composition in the middle between the bundled asparagus, the garlic cloves and the vertical asparagus in a pot. It keeps us in the picture between the three highlights. The shot of light on the garlic cloves gives them a little more sparkle. The harmony of the colors and the texture of the wood also contribute to this image. Beautiful composition with attention to detail. Thank you for this image.

76 May 21 Comment The well mastered depth of field is the key to the success of this image. We are focused on the pink pine cones that surprise by its color a neophyte like me. The detail of the needles is also interesting. The mixture of the two colors, the soft green and the pink, bursts in our eyes and challenges. Bravo for this image. May 13th
76 May 21 Comment I know a little Arizona because my sister lives there. I find this sky so particular. The panoramic treatment is very interesting, everything has its place. The sky imposes itself, the ground color sand lets appear a road with a character who makes all the rocking of the image, it is in the center and gives a form of balance to the image. This character also gives us an indication of scale in these endless landscapes of Arizona. There is light, life and it is an image that I like a lot. It is well closed by the trees on the right and we return to the image to stop on the character, the central point. In a reading of an image, the human eye notices first the humans, then the animals and only then the plants. It is generally the human that takes precedence and here, everything participates in the image and it is really well dosed. May 12th
76 May 21 Comment This image is divided in two with two different textures but above all two directions of reading: from left to right, we follow the veins of the wood and from bottom to top, we go from the roots to the texture of the wood veins. I appreciate having a focal point for the eye that always returns to the image intrigued by the movement of the wood fibers. In addition, this area is a little darker, which attracts the eye.
I like the warmth of the colors of this wood and the framing.
Thank you for this image.

76 May 21 Comment Hello,
This picture shows us an amazing landscape at the water's edge. This double rainbow is very impressive. The framing is nice and leaves enough room for the three materials present: water, rocks and sky. The horizontal point of view makes it a very soothing and stable image. The strip of land in the middle emphasizes the importance of the rainbow.
I think the author was indeed very impressed by this sky.
Nice image, thanks for sharing it with us.
