It looks good, thank you.
I have a question about processing for posting here. Do you normally rework your images once they have been downsized? My originals seem to be much sharper.. |

Thanks everyone for your input. I am not a huge fan of adding a lot of saturation, normally I try and keep them close to what I remember or at least what I think I remember them looking like. ;-) But from what I've been told some of my images could benefit from more POP in the color. So with that in mind, I took everyone's comments to heart and went back to another photo in the same set. We will see.. |

thank you all. Flipping the image does allow the body of the plant to lead the eye into the flower.

Robbert, please correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't an f number that high lead to loss of fine detail? I agree that it would lead to more DoF just wondering about the sharpness. |

May I suggest trying a slower shutter speed, maybe 1250 a bit less. That would allow the ISO to come down.
Be careful on that ladder too.

Sunflowers are always fun to photograph. With so much green going on it seemed to me that your subject was getting a little lost. I selected most of the background and lowered the situation and the brightness a bit.

I like this a lot Leonid
slight 4% adjustment to up the black levels, just to add a little richness to the colors. |

Cool photo, rust and peel are always fun subjects, full of fun textures. What jumped out at me when I first looked at your photo was the dog shadow. So I went with that in my crop. To get the shadow right I had to rotate the image and clone in where it was blank. |

I made a couple of tweaks to your image, just to put a little spin on it. IMO it really didn't need them. |

WOW, I'm a huge fan of monochrome and in imo this image is perfect for it.
Would like to see the light beams between the two peopler taken down a stop or bit more, the are brighter the the other beams.
pS what ever the woman was eating must have been good lol. |
