I will double check which lens I had on the camera. I have 24-70 f/ 2.8 Tamron lens. I think that was the one I used, so I got my lenses mixed up. |

I agree. I'll check my viewfinder. I know that my camera's focus point can be changed, so I have to be careful when I am using the live review! I remember one point, but I forget another!! Too many things! You have beautiful images! |

My eye was first drawn to the scars on the stallion's side, but then I caught sight of the mare behind, and it distracted my attention. The individual hairs in the mane are visible caught up in the wind. Why is there a ? in the technical description? Just curious. Beautiful shot. You have some wonderful photography excursions! |

It took me a minute to realize what I was looking at. The colors are bright and vivid, and I noticed the hair on the buyer's arms almost immediately, and how well they showed up. Leading lines...but I also thought about the fact that I would bet the buyer was glad the seller had a touchless card reader so his credit card wasn't "slimed!" I agree with Lance about the old vs the new. I do like the color, but it was almost too busy. |

What is a structure slider? What post processing are you using? The BW version is much more appealing to me. |

Pickleball is a great game. I am amazed at the muscles in her arms. You got a good shot showing the muscles and tendons. She also cast an interesting shadow. |

The colors and the set up are complementary. I wish my vision were better to really be able to see when something is so tack sharp. The one thing that draws my attention even more than the produce is the table. I am drawn to the half circle in the wood grain past the produce. I do like that you cropped out the light reflections in the table, but my eye keeps going to the table as opposed to the produce. |

I, too, like the square composition. I can see the aura around the outside, and the Japanese style is evident with the pine branches. You could almost visualize an eye looking back at you with the moon being the pupil (even though white rather than black) and the iris and conjunctiva--all being in a negative. Quite interesting! |

Thank you, Lance. I am not as aware of all the camera settings as I should be. I have to use auto focus because my vision is so bad, so I have to rely on that. I should also always have my cheaters with me to check--even on my computer when looking at images. I always learn from everyone's comments. I truly didn't realize the difference in the sharper blossoms as compared to the ones in the center until you pointed it out. I need to be much more aware of the ENTIRE image. I did not crop it at all. I was using a tripod, and I forgot to turn off the image stabilizer, too. I'm glad you made me think about this, because I am going to take a group picture today using the tripod, and I need to think about DOF as well. Thank you for your comments. I am always learning, but I need to remember to utilize everyone's comments! |
