I didn't possess PS then. Didn't do much photography either apart from holiday snaps so am still getting to know its bits.

I think my preference is for your first image as I am also not keen on the birds and the cloud on the right is a bit 'blocky'
The people and the girl are fine.

Nadia you are so good at collecting images of objects so useful when trying to create composites. The clock and the lamp post are so useful in storytelling. As ever you have created something with a strong message, well constructed with impact and atmosphere and even more true today than when you created it. |

Tom, this is a great improvement on the original image of the church. The rays of light highlighting your figure are the making of the image as is the Black and White conversion. Well done. |

Hello Joan. Brad's wording 'unsettling and distorted' is certainly my own reaction too. You have a great pension for the surreal and this is certainly a good example. I think it is the tiled flooring that makes it so unusual as mere grass would be too ordinary for the cows. I love the variety of trees and the lovely nuclear family. There is so much content and the tiling creates the excellent depth of field you have achieved leading into the distance. What a superb piece of work. |

It's an interesting sculpture that you have chosen Ian, already a creative work of art. Angela is right that your treatment has brought out the figures and faces making them stand out more.
I like the strong colour on the sculpture but wonder if the background could be different so as to make the sculpture stand away from it even more.

I agree with Ian that the windows look best just inside the hollow of the tree. They then become the focus for the deer's gaze. I really like the Topaz treatment of the whole image as it adds to the fantasy feeling. Perhaps I would tone down the green areas slightly. |
