Hi Nadia,
I was thinking about your post box yesterday and it's inclusion in your composite. I realised what a stupid comment I had made about it being where it was. I joined this group in order to improve my ability to produce creative and altered reality images and find that it still doesn't come naturally to me as it does to you. I find it difficult to previsualise such an image. I admire your composites. They always tell a story which this one does admirably. |

A very impressive composite Nadia. I don't think there are too many elements in the image but I must say Alan's version creates a different scenario which I rather like. My rather literal mind objects to the iconic, British, telephone box being where it is as in U K you wouldn't find one in that situation by the side of such a rural road. They are in urban areas or at least clusters of houses such as in a village or hamlet. Yours reminds me of Dr Who's tardis that drops from the sky from outer space. Did you mean the image to have that sort of surreal feeling or was it intended to be realistic? I sound very critical but believe me I think this is an excellent composite as always from you. |

Hi Brad,
You seem to have taken on a difficult task which has largely succeeded. A calm and interesting landscape with sweeping lines of stars to brighten up a very plain sky is a good choice of images to go together. If you can manage to blend some of the sunset from Original 2 into the final image as Nadia suggests that should do the trick with the lighting. |

I just love this image Melissa. It has such vibrance and movement. The colours are stunning and the eye on the 'fish' is such fun. The textures and vignette set off and enhance the shapes in the centre. Just lovely, great creativity! |

Thanks for your comments Brian. Actually these are two separate images, not an original with edits. I didn't explain this properly. That is why the lady walking her dog is not in the bigger image. I included both images as close examples of the intended idea. I won't do that again as it is too confusing. |

Thanks for your helpful comments Melissa. This image is far from satisfactory but more of an experiment. The people's legs being cut in half is definitely not ideal. |
