Hi Nadia. You have created a very mysterious woodland here which could harbour a host of fantasy inhabitants. I like the fog which adds to the mystery. I don't get a feeling of horror so I think you have succeeded in creating the emotion you intended of wondering which door to choose. The red door definitely seems the most inviting. |

Tom you have done a good job of enhancing the woodland to look like a moonlight image and of cropping the hawk to make it dominate the final picture. My first reaction was that I wanted to see more of the woodland but I do like what Brian has done to sharpen the whole image. |

Brad, my first reaction to your image was that the dog is so small and out of proportion but no doubt that was deliberate in order to create a more surreal feeling to the image. I like what Nadia has done with the dog as this has more meaning for me. A teenager with his kit on backwards is not so surreal but it does ask the question why and is he looking at something behind him. With the dog looking in that direction too that gives it meaning. I suppose I look at things rather literally so that suits me better. However as it is your image you may want to add something into the background maybe something frightening or grisly. |

Thank you for your positive comments Nadia. I too, prefer the other images. In fact my favourite is the single one. |

As usual, Brian you have made some very constructive remarks for which I am very grateful. I agree that the horizontal flow of the sea texture is more appropriate than the vertical one. Thank you. |
