Thanks for your comments Brad. Unfortunately this is quite an old image and I didn't save it in PSD so am not able to get back into the layers. A bit wiser now. |

I didn't think you would be going to Kenya without it. Hope the animals cooperate and you get some great images. Very Jealous. I have been there but before I did much photography. |

Brad, you have done a great job of getting rid of yourself. I have not got in to Generative fill much but it looks as if it works. The treatments you have given the image have made a very good job of changing its overall feel. She looks very lonely without her dad!! |

Largely agree with Brian on this one Tom. You made a pretty good job of cutting out the main figure as she was quite small in the original image but I too noticed the hand. The ray of light shooting towards her makes the image for me. Hope she had a safe landing!! |

Brian, your picture has a very abstract feel and does have those Christmassy colours. I am wondering what the original was like and did you add the text on the third figure or was it already there? I love the paint drips as they look like legs. Our next club competition is Triptychs so this should give me some inspiration! Play around and have fun. |

Thank You Brian for your good suggestions. I will see if I can try them out but may not be able to as it is quite old and I didn't save it in the right format. I like the word craquelure. Haven't seen that before. Have a lovely holiday without the internet. Will you take your camera?? |

Hi Nadia,
I love your picture. You are very good at these composites. The open book and background blend beautifully together although maybe the trees in the picture book are not as blurred as the trees in the background. I love the lambs stepping out of the book but wonder if they are the most appropriate subject as you probably wouldn't find lambs wandering in the woods. Maybe rabbits or foxes would be more appropriate. Just being picky as it's a super image. |
