Fred,
Very nice scene. The original shows some vertical distortion on the lamp post and the building. They are both leaning. I think this works very well with your final image, especially with how you placed the angle of the truck. Perhaps placing the truck a little deeper with the water coming just below the headlight and covering a little more of the front bumper. |

Irene,
Very nice concept. The elements come together nicely. I feel that the blue spider could be toned down a bit as well as the fire? on the left. They seem to dominate the picture a little too much. I would lighten the ravens a little so that they don't blend in with the tree as much. |

Very nice effect. I like how the filter smooths out the detail. Perhaps cloning out what looks like blades of grass on the right side of the horizon. |

Nice picture. Nice framing. I like your use of adjustments in LR. Perhaps trying some spot luminosity, sharpening and contrast on the kayaks. I paddled the same river a few years ago. I think we camped in the same spot. If I remember, there weren't many places to camp along the river, especially with the invasive tamarisk choking much of the river banks. Do you paddle much? |

Thanks Zina. The background is just a piece of green cloth. I have a number of different colors that I got from the local sewing store (1 to 2 yards each) to use as backdrops. |
