26 Feb 24 Comment Certainly a tripod would give you more control over the effect, but you did manage to create an abstract creative image. Perhaps a sharper net in contrast might be better, but it really hard to know for sure without a second attempt. I like the change of colors in the final edit. Feb 6th
26 Feb 24 Comment The HDR result looks very natural, and without seeing the original, I imagine helped control contrast. Because if was a wide angle, everything is tack sharp. The tree branch does give us a nice line into the sky. Too bad you could not crawl out on the branch so we could see more of the tree tops. ;-) !!

26 Feb 24 Comment Loved this place when I visited many years ago, due to all the photographic opportunities. I learned when there in May of the that year that the white buildings had just been freshly scrubbed and painted, as they are every year, due to the winter sand storms from Africa causing a dingy grey on them.
You did a good job of capturing the church with out the base. I see a slight glow on the wall around the window. Did you happen to do some dodging there that went beyond the "boundaries"?		 Feb 6th
26 Feb 24 Comment I like how the people are spot lighted on the bridge leading to the ferris wheel with contrasting colors. I also like the framing of the walls, but wonder if you could crop on the right to reduce the outside part? The left wall is more interesting. Feb 6th
26 Feb 24 Comment You mentioned about mastering the technique of capturing a bird in flight when doing this, and I would agree that the chances for a successful image go way down. I like the idea of adding the bird post process, but I think I would prefer to see it in the upper part, instead of the middle, and also where the brighter area is for contrast.Perhaps also making the bird a little larger?
