Shifting the space really improves the image, although as you say, the extra efforts at vignetting are okay, but may not be worth the time. |

Agree that the #40 should go. Nice textures and variety of colors. Clipping to the shutter does not bother me, but that is a fairly easy fix for a pictorial version, if you wish. |

I prefer the cropping the way you have it, as it puts the baby into the "rule" of thirds. Very nice interaction. |

I prefer the hazy choice, also because the singer is facing us more. I do like the smoke effect, but wonder if toning it down slightly might be better. I used Camera Raw, and applied a small amount of dehaze, and then warmed the image a little, since dehaze adds blue. See what you think. |
