This is a very nice abstract. You might consider cropping the bottom a little, such that the small bits of reflection are gone, and the reflection starts more to the corner. I also looked at darkening the darkest, and toning the strongest highlights, using luminosity masks. |

I agree with the others that the sign does not hurt the image. If you wish the image to appear more "face on", in LR you can use the horizontal Transform tool to move it.
BTW, another way to do what Beverly described above, which may be easier is:
Make multiple selections with the Lasso tool on the inside sign and the parts of the wall you wish Content Aware to consider, and then copy these multiple selections to one separate layer. On this new layer, now select the sign only. (Probably use the magnetic lasso so that you ONLY get the sign area, and not any transparent pixels that would be on this layer.) Now use Content Aware Fill, and PS will be forced to use only the stone area copied to this layer. |

The colorful background is slightly distracting, but at the same time, I think it is necessary for the dimension and depth. I think perhaps cropping to the left pole might improve the composition by putting the subject squarely in the thirds.
I did not find the slight softness of the clock bothersome, but since it is just numbers, you could probably apply double sharpening on that to make it appear sharp. |

I agree with Jose's comments. For the fun of it, I tried a couple of variations using the Topaz plugin called Impressions and created one with a charcoal effect and the other with a Degas effect. |

I like how this ended up, except that I agree with others that I would like to see the moon just off to the side of the cross. |

I agree with Belinda in that I actually prefer the color version, as I think it conveys more of the mood from the color. Increasing the contrast only seems to remove the fog effect, which is important here.
Also, as noted, you may want to cone out that light streak in the left sky. |
