Very creative, Mark. Good job of blending in flowers. Even the over saturation works. |

Yes, I agree. Actually, a week after I posted and was reviewing the image once again, I realized this and came up with about the same cropping as you have. |

The software plugins that I have used are Snap Art by Alien Skin and Impressions by Topaz. Both are around $100 but are significantly discounted at various times. You can use these within Lightroom and Photoshop. And both have demo versions to try. |

Nice treatment. Very nice backlight. I would consider darkening the bottom and right corner for a stronger foundation, and possibly the lighter area by the road and hill on the left. (Not a lot, just a subtle change.)
Makes me want to visit this place. |

Excellent choice of position; it made the background simpler, and gave us an interesting perspective. Very colorful, and your use of adjustments seem to be spot on. Very minor, but I would consider toning down or cloning out the bright end of one of the fringes, as it is in a plain dark area. (Also possibly the two spots on his top.)
I wonder, is he contemplating the bandage on his finger?

I like the technique of motion blur. I wonder if a slightly faster speed would made more of the horse sharper, and kept the legs in motion? Chicago cops on horseback need to use that bag trick! |

Very creative. You took an average snapshot and turned it into something much better. The image has a jpeg artifacts quality to it. Is this a result of the painting program? |

Sharp and defined with great action. I would agree with Connie that perhaps it is a little tight at the top, but this is only very minor to me. (You could try adding some small amount of space with content aware, but it may not be that important.) I like how her dark suit is in the light area, and the light surfboard is in the darker area. Seeing this, one would not know it was taken in a creek. |

This is very dramatic, and works much better as a monochrome. Lots of darks in here, but I think that really sets the mood. What you did paid off very well. |
