Hi Jan,
Thank you for your comments on the bird. I do believe you are correct and I will go back and work on the bird's eye! When I first read your comment I thought you were going to say the bird's eye color, and believe it or not that bird has that eye color. I took a photo of another one just the other day.

I see -
1 - Nicely developed perspective with elements of the composition well placed (people, artwork, train, etc.)
2 - Nice shadows
3 - I do find the orange sun distracting because my eyes are initially drawn to the orange circle
I have read the guidelines in the past, and took the time to read them again today.
