Nice minimalistic photo. At least to me it gives me that feeling. Lots of interesting angles, rectangles, squares etc.
Almost looks like a painting. Feel my heartrate lowering already. |

This may sound weird, but I like it more as a horizontal photo. Seems to full fill my brain's need to see more of the photo from left to right. Interesting composition. Even more when I know the story behind it. |

Looks great from my view. Focus is sharp. The only small change I see would be to eliminate the light on the shirt on the subjects right side. Can't say much more as I know nothing about Rembrandt lighting. |

Have not looked at it for sharpness. Will have to go back and see. It was a very windy day hitting me sideways. If it is as you say then I should have upped the shutter speed. Didn't have a tripod handy at the time. What am I looking at here? Old vs new, slower vs faster to get around and nothing seems to be hidden from a spray paint can. This walkway turns to the left, as you are looking at photo, then goes straight ahead and then about 100 feet turns back to the right where there is more spray paint. |

Sorry for the delay in replying. Had some family health issues and time just flew by. This as usual for me was a last minute submission. Gave this photo a try without too much editing. As I go back and look again probably could have done away with most everything above the main beam (above the graffiti). Always nice to have another person's prospective. |
