I enjoyed doing it. Now, I'm one of the three judges on the PSA End of Year mono competition. We're rescoring and assigning awards to the winners of the earlier mono competitions. |

The technical aspects are handled very well. The flower is beautiful and is captured nicely and IR. I find the background and the daffodils a bit distracting. You needed the small aperture in order to keep the main flower sharp, but it made the background sharp too. |

Wow, amazing clouds. Yes, the clouds made an interesting and beautiful subject. I like the inclusion of the mountain range at the bottom. It anchors the scene. The exposure is handled well too.

Nice work with a mundane scene. I like your concentration on the tree, leaving the house and fence to frame the scene. Good overall handling. |

Very creative and well-handled work. I like the soft tones that are not your usual approach. The mood is created with your post work. The vignette is nice too. It leads us to the main subject. |

Nicely handled in b&w IR. I'm sure this scene would be also great in color. I like the stream leading us into the scene. The area captured is pretty wide and the falls are relatively small, so keeping the sky to a minimum was the right choice.

Both the original and the cropped version have good compositions and are telling a story about the place. I like the bikes in the foreground. Yes, the picture is a bit flat and can get a little pop.
