66 Feb 23 Reply Thank you. As you can see in the original, the vignette is not added in post. In fact, I lightened the dark areas a little. It's just the way the light came through the windows.

66 Feb 23 Comment I like your composition and processing of this beautiful scene. I rarely use Detail Extractor. It makes the picture grungy, which is not the look you want for nice pastoral scenes. I find that between the Dehaze and Clarity sliders in LR or ACR you get the appropriate "pop" when a picture is too flat. You used the filter lightly and avoided a grungy look.

66 Feb 23 Reply Thank you. I tried to get the vertical and horizontal lines straight, but it wasn't perfect. It can be done with the Skew function, but it's very minor. I appreciate you looking, commenting, and working on it.

66 Feb 23 Comment Wow, this is a unique and beautiful scene. I like the transitions of tones in the original. I feel that the final, while has good tones, lost the mood. Here is my interpretation. I tried it in color and b&w. I brought it to ACR, created a gradient mask to darken the top, increased mid-tone contrast with Dehaze, and added a slight vignette. In Photoshop, I swapped the channels, increased the overall vibrance, and reduced the saturation of the yellows (the center turned too orange). Feb 1st
66 Feb 23 Comment Beautiful scene and image. I like your interpretation and the way you captured the mood. I think that you could have kept the bright area of the hill a bit lighter. Nice work. Feb 1st
66 Feb 23 Comment Very creative post work here. I like the lighting and toning of the original too. Beautiful work. Feb 1st
66 Feb 23 Comment Very nice composition with good foreground elements and a leading lines to the bridge. The tree reflections serve you well. I like the mood created by the softer tones in the original, but I know that most of the other members in this group like the drama with high contrast IR. Feb 1st
66 Feb 23 Comment Beautiful place and a good choice for IR. The diagonal composition works well. The shadows add interest. My only minor preference would be to reduce the contrast in the clouds or soften them. Feb 1st
66 Feb 23 Comment Nicely done. This is a great location and vantage point. I like the open landscape in the background. Post processing is good too. I spent a few days in the area. Feb 1st
