Hi Emil. Beautiful scene and picture. The clouds, tree, and hey are placed perfectly. Besides removing a couple of tiny dust spots, I have no suggestions for improvement. I do like the original so much that I decided to try a different interpretation. It's not a suggestion for a better picture, just my attempt at a different process. I can see this raw image being processed for very different results.

Hi Gary. Interesting interpretation of the scene and unique handling of this IR photo. The image has impact. I also like the original. I think you can create multiple and very different interpretations and images. Nicely done. I rarely save enough information to be able to repeat the manipulation of my images. If I spend much time on it, I work on many layers and save them, but it only allows me to make some revisions. I'm okay with making every image unique and not repeat. I do create actions and presets that allow me to apply some effects consistently. |

Hi Melanie. What a great idea with the painterly clouds as a new background. The overall handling is good. I may have made the background a bit softer, but that's a very subjective opinion. Another personal preference of mine is removing all the tiny black dots. I spend a lot of time cleaning my flower and leaf pictures. |
