Thank you, Melanie. I'll try it. I do le softer tones in pastoral scenes, but will try it.

Hi Gary. I wish I was closer to this place. I can see the attraction, especially for IR photography. The composition works well. The textures are great too. I know you like bold, high contrast, pictures. I would have liked the grasses to stay softer, as in the original, in order for the car to stand out. As you said, we all interpret scenes differently, and that's a good thing.

Hi Charles. Very nicely done. The composition and tones are beautiful. The diagonal road and the shadows on the right create a very dynamic picture. Yesterday, when I looked at the picture on my laptop, I thought that the little bright triangle (highlight between the trees in the bottom left third) was a bit distracting, but it looks fine on the large screen. Great find and capture. |
