Bruce, I like the images composition with the roads not meeting exactly in the center of the picture. With each path being a different color it adds interest and energy to the image. |

Dan, I have to vote for the B&W. The story is rather simple but interesting, a line of bicycles at the head of a tree shrouded road. I like the way the bikes lead my eyes into the image and along the beautiful tree lined road. Personally I find the colors a distract to the quiet, soothing environment. |

Bill, I would like to see this image cropped on top to the point where its' story tells elements were better defined. Your description talks about the pictures technical aspects but for me the image is trying to reflect a story. |

Isaac, great story telling elements which clearly identify why you took the picture. Beside the obvious elements which make the image I like the composition with the man's head in the top 1/3 and slightly to the R of center and the muted background which puts added focus on the subject. Good job. |

Hi Gloria, for me the image is about a shoeshine boy walking along a semi-deserted DR street. This provides an interesting story. In order to better emphasize the story, I agree with the consensus that the boy and his equipment should be showing and the R side cropped to the first flag. This will eliminate some unimportant scenery and place more focus on the story. |
