Thanks Witta. I really like how you have added some color to the background. Much less dreary than the gray in the original capture. I really would not have thought of this and it's a big improvement. |

I really like your processing on this image Linda. Your textures have enhanced the rusty old character of this tug in a very pleasing way.
I would suggest that you straighten the tug which to my eye is listing a tad to the right and I might try darkening the dock on the left to pull more focus to the tug itself. |

What a creative approach you have taken here. Your final image really makes me stop and ask - what am I looking at? The riot of color, diagonal shadows and palm outlines make for a fascinating image. I quite like how you were able to combine two images to achieve what you have rather than rely on a number of filters to process your main image. You have inspired me to think a little more out of the box and I look forward to trying this approach soon. |

This is an interesting image with a fascinating back story. I like your processing approach to bring out the detail in the rocks and add earth tones to the ground. I might darken the foreground just a little to add a little more drama. The water (if that's what it is on the right) is quite bright but I'm not sure you have enough data to work with to naturally reduce the glare. A very pleasing image overall. |

You have come up with a real winner here Connie. Such a beautiful fall image and your processing has accomplished pulling the mill out from the background and getting our focus on it. I agree with Mary and Witta regarding reducing the orange reflection in the pool. I can easily see this image framed and on display. |

This is a fantastic image Denise. Your editing has led to an extremely creative abstract. My technical side had me thinking I was looking at some form of electron microscopy. I like the central feature and it works being centered in this image but you might experiment with cropping to take it off center and see whether that strengthens the composition. You have inspired me to get back into Topaz with a little more creative approach. |
