Group Round C/R Comment Date Image
29 Jun 21 Reply Bob, Thanks for the very considered response to the image. I am returning there with a group this week and will see if I can get a different perspective, athough there is a fence just below the eyeline in the picture - you have given me food for thought. Jun 18th
29 Jun 21 Comment Hi Bill, A very tranquil image. I find my eye keeps coming back to the light coloured bench in the centre of the picture and wonder if a different viewpoint would have lessened this effect or even removed it from view. Also with so much green I wonder if it has any potential as mono conversion? Jun 8th
29 Jun 21 Comment Hi Bob, I love the relaxed aura and the pastel shades of your image. I don't think I would change a thing. Jun 8th
29 Jun 21 Comment Hi Karen, nice shot and a good composition with the moose itself forming a strong diagonal leadings to its own eye and then the teeth. Jun 8th
29 Jun 21 Comment A fascinating abstraction Judy and relly good to have the original for a reference point. Jun 8th
29 Jun 21 Comment Hi Gunter,
A lovely colour palette and arrangement. I would reiterate what Bob has said about the very light petals at the edge which constantly draw the eye back to them. A great spot to see this in situ as this would have been a capture I would not have been surprised tosee set upin the studio.

29 Jun 21 Comment Hi Stephan,
A really fabulous, mysterious picture. With no face showing it perhaps adds to the surreal. A fascinating picture and I keep returning to it. The right hand side reminds me of The Scream by Edvard Munch.Innovative work.

29 Jun 21 Reply Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your comments - I think your treatment has given it even more atmosphere. The column unfortunately as you say was there - although when I lead my next trip back there in a couple of weeks I will try and find a different viewpoint and see how that works.
Best wishes
Tim
