that is great. they are very popular and often sold out but recently I managed to book myself on a trip to the smoky mountains with them next year. |

I do in fact have an idea! This kind of thing is really hard to see in-camera but easier on a big screen. So. when doing macro I shoot "tethered." I used to do this with my camera connected to Lightroom, but now use a wireless connection to my Ipad using Nikon Snapbbridge software. The software is terrible and it sends useless JPEGS to the ipad but the RAW images remain on the camera, so it's good for previewing. And great for manual focus, too! |

This is a nice. Good focus and story. I love bumblebees as they are very cooperative. I have heard that if you spray them with a little water, they won't be harmed but will stay put a while longer. I haven't tested this. |

This is a good street photo, with the way the rider makes eye contact, even before you started making it creative. I like it. Did you try applying the filters to the whole thing rather than masking out the rider? |

Steven I am so sorry you had Covid. I hope that you recovered fully. I am sure you had a lot of fun doing this project and I will bet it was tough to pick a favorite! The lighting setup you described sounds excellent. This could be a magazine ad for RinseAid.

Thanks. Although it was sunset, the sky was cloudy and dull. The colors are already boosted, and anything more seemed to make it look fake. There is probably a way to make this happen but I don't know how. |
