87 Mar 23 Comment This is really lovely. I disagree about the pitcher blending with the background, I think there's an excellent subtlety of tonality. I have been told by experts that you can do even better with black and white conversions using PS or NIK, but this image leaves little to be desired in that regard. Mar 2nd

87 Mar 23 Reply Thanks, and yes I agree with your category and title. My goal with HDR is generally to do what it says - bring out the full dynamic range of an image - rather than to make something surreal. It's easy to overdo it, but I just try to reflect that your eye can see more than a single photograph. Mar 2nd
