9 Jul 19 Comment You have done an excellent job of selecting the butterfly. My preference would be that the background would not be quite so blurred. I like a little more natural look and to see just a hint of the natural background. Jul 27th
9 Jul 19 Comment Very nice image of the church and its reflection. I might crop off a little of the right hand side to get the church more off center. Unfortunately I can understand what the judges were looking for as this church can be anywhere. I think it is fun to enter those State Fair contests. Don't stop doing it, oftentimes I miss the deadline for the Iowa State Fair but have had some accepted images. Jul 27th
9 Jul 19 Comment Very nice capture of the rock. It looks very similar to rock formations that one sees around Branson and the Wisconsin Dells. Nice idea about getting out of the kayak with the tripod. The second rock is mildly distracting. Jul 27th
9 Jul 19 Comment Nice sharp image considering it was handheld. I also find the building on the left to be distracting and I would not crop it, but just remove it using cloning or other tools. Jul 27th

21 Jul 19 Comment I like what you have done to this image. I might crop in a little to give more emphasis to the people. There are some lines between elements of the image (e.g. mountains and the sky) that are distracting. I am not sure how to easily get rid of them. Jul 27th

21 Jul 19 Comment A very well thought out idea and result. I no nothing about displacement map. I only know about the Distort filter in Photoshop. My only question is Do the buildings distort in an earhquake or do they fly apart? Jul 27th
