Nice capture of the waterlily. The spot in lower left and the black area behind the waterlily could be cloned to improve the image. |

Nice job of cleaning up the background. I prefer the horizontal crop with more of the flower. |

This image is all about the grasshopper and well done. I might like it more if he (she) were not level. |

I keep saying I want to do some infrared experimentation but never get to it, so I admire your effort. I would crop in a little more into the rose as there is more empty space than I like to see. |

Good capture of the action. In this case I feel that the tree is too distracting. You could blur it or lighten it to increase the separation with it and the racer. Keep trying. |

You have made a definite improvement from the original. Nice colors. I think I would add some more black space on the sides to make the flower less cramped. |

What was the Topaz filter you used? I think that everything you did improved the image. Your idea to add the gull certainly balances the image. I think I might try a light vignette to darken the corners. |

I really like these buildings and your posterization of them. I think I would try something else for the sky. |

This image is very well done. The only thing I might try is to have the cross go from left to right and see what that looks like. |

I like the idea and how you produced it. I think the trees kind of overpower the image, I think less might be better. At the very least I would want to see the eyes of the egret. |
