36 Apr 24 Reply Being a neutral viewer when looking at our own images takes skill. Something I continuously remind myself to do lol. Apr 28th
36 Apr 24 Comment An illuminated tent and a milky way is on my bucket list. In the past and in a pinch, I have used my jeep as foreground. I love the use of the tent and you did a great job setting up the site at 2am in the pitch dark. The Milky Way is sharp and nicely processed. I did notice the light pollution, picnic table and post on the left. Have you thought about darkening the bright area a bit and removing the table and post? The bright yellow tent compliments the night sky nicely. I understand the light from the tent having a nice glow on the grass in front of the tent but the grass on the right of the image seems a bit bright since it's further away from the tent. Maybe make it a softer glow? Although there is some empty space on the right, cropping out the space would change the feel of the scene for me. Very nice image. Apr 16th
36 Apr 24 Comment Beautiful image Adi. The hike was worth it. Very nice composition. The diagonal line from the craggy rock, the visible line from the colorful plants, and the lone tree on the left all point to the soft warm mountains and colorful sky. Colors are vibrant and complimentary. Great image. Apr 16th
36 Apr 24 Comment What an amazing view to experience and the sky adds a perfect touch to the overall scene. Post processing was done well bringing out detail and making the scene pop. I think you cropped the image creatively to remove some of the roof on the right. There is a good sense of place in the image. Apr 16th
36 Apr 24 Comment Beautiful sky Diane. It was a good move to chase the light. For me, I'm looking at a lot of different things in the image that keep my eye from moving easily down the road to the sky. The red lights in the distance, the slight glow around the trees, the small fence on the left and the poles on the right. I like the use of the telephone poles and the kiss of light on the wire. However I wonder if simplifying the image more and removing elements that do not add to the image will make the image stronger. Apr 16th
36 Apr 24 Comment I haven't been to Maine in a while but this image with the lobster boats and fog is just one of the beautiful parts of their coastline and screams Maine! The anchored boats
are sharp and placed nicely in the pano format. The fog in the scene makes this image lovely and peaceful.

36 Apr 24 Comment Not surprised by the volume of photographers as this stunning scene warrants a photograph. The red cottages lead my eye into the scene and demand attention. For me, I like the feel of the cool tones (like the original) as they emit a feeling of calm and winter. However the brown/grey colors of the mountain and water gives the cottages a neutral background making them stand out nicely. Either way, it's a beautiful image and leaves me with a sense of place. 72 Apr 24 Reply Thank you Leah. Bird photography is challenging for me also especially backyard birds...they move so fast. Have fun with it! Apr 28th

72 Apr 24 Reply Thanks for your feedback Bruce. I agree about the crop. Apr 16th
72 Apr 24 Reply Totally agree with you. I created a landscape and square crop before submitting but decided to submit the square crop. I knew once I saw it posted this crop was wrong.
Thanks for your feedback.

72 Apr 24 Comment Nice shot Leah. I don't know much about turkey behaviors but when I was up in the Tennessee mountains this past week I saw many turkeys raise and spread their tails. I assumed it was mating season. The image is sharp and I like the back lighting on the tips of the feathers. For me the crop is a bit too tight. Apr 16th
72 Apr 24 Comment Great capture Adrian. I like how the tail of the snake leads my eye to the falcon.
Post processing was done well as the image appears sharp to me.

72 Apr 24 Comment Great documentary image Isaac. As much as it pains me to see some images, it is reality of wildlife. Well done. Apr 16th
