Thanks Bill. Skyfire is a subscription available in The Photographer's Ephemeris (TPE) app. It's definitely worth it. I know it's for IOS not sure about android.

Thanks Larry. This image was taken and originally edited some time ago. When I chose this image for review, the first thing I thought about was how thin the rock was in the left of the frame LOL. I was going to re-edit but decided to let it go for feedback. |

Adi, Love this view especially with a long exposure. Good composition and silky water. I do see some color noise throughout but it's an easy fix in LR or PS. Others have mentioned the sky and I agree it is bright in some areas. I'm not sure what crop the image is but a 16:9 would reduce the sky. I also recommend reducing the highlights and whites in the sky. Very nice image. |

Great image Bill. The composition clearly screams isolation, well done. The detail and warm color of the rock and monastery work nicely with the cool color of the sky and mountains. Great place to go for a retreat! |

Diane, I like how the rays are shooting up between the 2 mountain peaks. The color is lovely and the bird on the left adds a nice touch. For me the bird in the back is too small to make an impact. The thick black line that runs across the image is distracting my view of the scene. I like how the mountain and lower ground in the original image is a full silhouette as it puts more emphasis on the sun rays and mountain shape for me. Creating a reflection leading line on rough water is challenging but you did a nice job on the re-edit. |

Arne, you captured an amazing foreground and the editing makes the image pop. I like how the frozen tide pools between the rocks lead my eye to the 2 small islands. I also like the color palette of the winter sky and how it works nicely against the warmth of the rocks. My only thought is the horizon seems to slope a bit to the right...could be me. Overall, wonderful image. |

The calm water was a great opportunity to go for the perfect symmetry in your image. The image brings out the beautiful mountain shapes. The image is sharp, good exposure and conversion to black and white works nicely. Wonderful image. |

Larry, I feel you pain about headlights! However it was a smart move to use the inverted GND filter to block out some of the light. An 8 sec exposure is challenging for a night sky image but it worked out great for you. I don't think I've every gone lower than 10-12 sec exposures. The stars are tack sharp and the pier is nicely exposed. Great star reflections and I like the composition. The simplicity of the night sky with the stars and wispy clouds deserves the space in the frame. I wonder if you would have been able to light up the pier so evenly if light painted. Beautiful. |

Thanks Isaac and Happy New Year. Although I was shooting with a long lens to help remove traces of the chain linked fence, I found a perfect gap in the fence to shoot so I didn't move around too much. |

Happy New Year Bruce. Thanks for you comments. Ideally, a true face off would have been great. I was shooting through a fence and had to stand in a position where there was a gap. |

Adrian, the bottlenose dolphin is very common where I used to live in South Carolina, USA. I have many dolphin photos but was never able to capture one jumping completely out of the water. What a thrill to see. The image looks sharp, the crop is good, but their curved mouth giving the appearance of a friendly smile is the best part. Nice job. |

Mary, who doesn't love a Charlie Brown tree. The sparse branches give it a certain charm. One of my favorite types of Christmas trees! I like how your HDR effect made the image feel whimsical. |

Marie, great capture. Squirrels are so abundant here in NC and for a rodent they are exceptionally cute and have a great tail. They are my dog's favorite! The image is sharp and nicely exposed. I like the warm tones in the background and how they accent the squirrels color. I also like how the background tree almost frames the squirrel. If I cropped out anything it would be the branches at the lower part of the frame. |

Bruce, what a great portrait capture. I think you mastered this one..common subject, uncommon pose. I agree with Isaac about brightening the feathers to bring out more detail. Wonderful image. |
