Thanks Bill. Here's a landscape version with car trails. Not sure if I like this version or not. Unfortunately by the time I changed from portrait to landscape there were cars on the bridge. |

Love being in a location at night with cars and lights for long exposures. Nicely done. Cropping the sky and the left side could bring more attention to the center of the image. The foreground space is good as it helps me see where the car is going. One thought would be to really pop the colors and make the shot more neon. Artist choice of course. |

What a great photo of Mt. Hood. Dodge and burn will make the mountain pop more. As Adi said, the blue slider will darken the sky a bit. I like the soft clouds against the strong mountain structure. Cropping some of the empty sky at the top will make the subject stand out more. My only question is what is the black area in the left bottom corner? I would recommend cloning it out. Wonderful photo. |

I like the leading lines, the long exposure clouds and the starburst lights. The monument mall walkway seems to lean to the right which makes me wonder if the composition was meant to be angled this way and if so why. I like the idea of ghosting in photos as it adds intrique and 20 sec is a good amount of time to achieve the effect. I particularly like the single women in this image and the two directly to the right. I wonder if the ghosting effect would look better in black and white. |

What a great place for a cabin and wonderful job doing the pano hand held. I've only done handheld panos with my iPhone.
The stillness of the water and the clear reflection make this image easily balanced especially when the horizon is centered.
A centered horizon doesn't have that same sense of depth as if the horizon was placed in the upper or lower thirds of the frame, however, this image works best with a centered horizon. Your experiment was successful! Great image! |

Thanks Larry. I've been postponing taking any of the online courses because of the timelines. I need to rewire my brain and just do it lol. |

What a great job you did with showing off the shapes of hills and textures of fields. Low side-lighting on the hills created nice shadows making the hills more visible and dramatic. Majestic, as Adi stated! |

I'm always impressed how you analyze a scene to create your image and that you were four feet out in gator and croc land. Most importantly, you succeeded with getting the shot! The feeling of this image makes me want to be there in the early morning quietness. I think you used the morning light well to guide the viewers eye from the foreground texture of the grasses on to the soft fog-lit trees. The diagonal line of the grass, the horizontal tree line and the water reflection keep my eye within the image. Very nice image. |

It's always humbling to be in the presence of these beautiful cats and I'm sure you had fun with you 100-400 mm lens. BTW, it may be historic but it's still a good lens!
Taking an image in harsh light is always a challenge and you did a good job. When looking at this image vs the original, I feel the color in the original version is more natural and accurate showing nice detail and tone in the fur. The edited image is also sharp however the lioness feels overly bright & warm to me; a simple white balance adjustment may work. My eye is also drawn to the bright red in the lioness' mouth and what looks like some artifact around the mouth. The composition is good and I would love to know if the lioness is looking at something specific or if she's just enjoying a nice afternoon yawn.

What a fun position and good composition. You did a good job editing to control the light. For me the image is more about the position and feeling of relaxation. Nicely done. |

When I first saw the movie "March of the Penguins" I became fascinated with them. What a wonderful experience and memorable trip. The image is sharp, and although it's challenging to get a clean shots, you did a good job at telling the story. Beautiful image. |

I really like the kestrel's posture in this image...almost like it's locked in one position in the air. The backlighting and sharpness of the bird work well against the sky. Nicely done! |

Marie, nice image. The red color of the feathers against the blue sky makes the woodpecker pop. The image is sharp and I like how the tree was darkened as it blends nicely with the colors of the sky and woodpecker. |

Great portrait and beautiful creature. The image is sharp, the background is nicely blurred helping the lion stand out and of course, the teeth are in great shape. Very nice image. |
