Nicely composed and good job with the sky replacement. The walkway leads my eye right into the frame however I think it dominates the view. As other's have suggested, good idea to make the castle stand out a bit more. Nicely done. |

Nicely composed image with thought given the background and perspective. I like the rocks as the foreground but my eye seems to sit at the rocks for a while keeping me from directing my eye into the frame. The overly bright and large rocks seem to take attention away from the lighthouse which I assume is the subject. The image is in sharp focus and I think the 6 stop ND was sufficient to get the cloud blurring. The yellow tones are just mother nature. |

Yes, Diane. You achieved your atmospheic goal. I like the re-edited version with the removal of the halo around the mountain. In the re-edited version Beacon Rock really stands out more as the main subject. My only thought is putting more space between the top of Beacon Rock and the edge of the frame. Nicely done.

I love how snow transforms a landscape. The crop is good as it provides the right amount of information horizontally. Making the sky more dramatic adds to the scene. My only recommendation is to lessen the sharpness of the trees as it takes away from the softer moody feeling of the image. Nicely done! |

Got to love NYC at night. When I first saw this image I was thinking, where is this in NYC, Park Avenue? Then I realized it was a reflection. Nicely done and very creative. My only recommendation is to check the vertical perspective. Look like the buildings are leaning toward the right. |

In today's world we are overloaded with images, so taking this creative path brings an entirely different approach to nature. Good color, nicely done. The noice reduction makes a difference. |

What a great image of the Osprey. I like how the wing span fills the frame. The bird's pose and direct eye contact to the camera make this a great image. Nicely done. |

What an adventure you're on! The soothing colors of the photo draw me in and the sharpness of the bird allows me to see its beauty. I also like Marie's version of the darker background to help the bird stand out a bit more. Nicely done. |

Great capture Marie. I do like your artistic version but because this is something I don't usually see in North Carolina the original has more interest for me. The puddle of melting ice and the texture in the ice adds to the storyline. I do like the position of the fish as it makes me wonder if the gull dropped it from its mouth or it jumped out of the water. Nicely done! |

What can I say about this image...the lighting, image sharpness, and composition make this a beautiful image. The muted green background and the droplets of water just add to its beauty. Nicely done. |

Great image Bruce. The lighting is soft and the background is nicely blurred. The eyes are very sharp and I like how the birds talons are portrayed in the image. I also noticed the spider web at the bottom which doesn't distract from the main subject but doesn't add anything either. Nice job! |
